Refund Policy

In case of a refund, bank transaction charges will be deducted over and above the cancellation charges. In the case of credit card transactions, a refund will be done only to the bank account of the respective card holder.

100% refund for any cancellation 15 days prior to arrival ( minus bank charges)

75% will be refunded if the booking gets cancelled before 14 to 10 days

50% will be refunded if the booking gets cancelled before 09 to 5 days

100% retention charges are applicable for No shows and for the confirmed booking being cancelled 4 days prior to arrival
